Bawarchi in USA

Never imagined myself becoming a culinary expert... but life has always something different planned for you. Who imagined a guy who never liked to set foot in the kitchen at home, would one day be trying out new dishes in a kitchen in US??
But this doesn't mean that I like to do that... it's just the matter of supply meeting demand. If my stomach generates a request, I need to fulfil it. And instead of getting some junk in, why not try out cooking something for it??
Have started making finger-licking (as per my roomies) Chole, Rajma, veggies... Still am far, far away from my Mom's cooking (both literally and physically)... Been ages since I had a proper meal :(
